Our Services
-
Anxiety can affect every part of daily life, from work and school to relationships and sleep. Our therapists help children, teens, and adults understand their anxiety, develop healthy coping strategies, and regain confidence. Depending on your needs, treatment may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), or other evidence-based approaches.
-
Depression is more than feeling sad. It can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or without motivation. We provide compassionate counseling to help you process difficult emotions, build resilience, and reconnect with the things that matter most. Your therapist may use approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), or other therapies tailored to your goals.
-
Living with ADHD can make it difficult to stay organized, manage emotions, or maintain focus at school, work, or home. We help clients build practical skills to improve attention, strengthen executive functioning, and navigate everyday responsibilities. Therapy may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral interventions, and other strategies designed to support lasting success.
-
Traumatic experiences can have lasting effects on emotional and physical well-being. Our therapists provide a safe, supportive environment where healing can happen at your own pace. Depending on your experiences, treatment may include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other trauma-informed approaches.
-
Healthy relationships begin with secure connections. Whether attachment challenges stem from childhood experiences, family dynamics, or past relationships, we help clients build trust, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier patterns of connection. Therapy may include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other approaches that support emotional healing and stronger relationships.
-
Every relationship experiences challenges. Whether you’re facing communication difficulties, conflict, trust concerns, or major life transitions, our therapists help individuals and couples strengthen relationships through open communication and practical problem-solving. We use evidence-based approaches that promote healthier communication, emotional connection, and lasting change.
-
Living with a chronic illness can impact your emotional health as much as your physical health. We provide counseling to help individuals cope with stress, adjust to life changes, manage anxiety or depression, and improve overall quality of life. Treatment may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance-based techniques, and other approaches that build resilience while navigating ongoing health challenges.
-
Our school-based counseling services provide students with convenient access to mental health support in a familiar environment. We work alongside families and schools to help students manage emotional, behavioral, social, and academic challenges while supporting their overall well-being. Depending on the child’s age and needs, therapy may include Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other developmentally appropriate approaches.
