Flo Hallett, QBHS

Flo Hallett brings over 35 years of dedicated experience serving individuals and families throughout Stark County. She earned her Associate of Applied Sciences degree from Kent State University’s Salem campus and has built a long-standing career as a compassionate and resourceful case manager.

Flo takes pride in working with clients of all backgrounds and believes that every person has a story worth hearing. She is known for her strengths in active listening, problem-solving, and connecting people with meaningful resources that support their goals and well-being. What she enjoys most about her work is building genuine relationships as she talks with clients, listens to their ideas, and helps them navigate challenges with confidence and support.

In addition to her professional experience, Flo is also a Reiki Master and Teacher, bringing a holistic and calming presence to her work.

Outside of the office, Flo enjoys creating her own herbal remedies and cheering on the WNBA.

Her approach is simple: respect every person, listen deeply, and always explore what’s possible.
