Andrea Wilson, QBHS

Andrea Wilson is a dedicated Case Manager at Renewing Hope with over 10 years of experience serving individuals with complex behavioral health needs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health & Human Services with a minor in Social Criminal Justice from Ashford University and is a CDCA (Pre-Licensed).

Andrea has extensive experience in forensic case management, has worked within a specialized Borderline Personality Disorder treatment program, and previously served as an AOT Monitor for Stark County. She is highly skilled in crisis intervention, care coordination, court collaboration, and community-based advocacy. Andrea excels at building trust with high-risk populations while maintaining accountability, structure, and connection to essential supports.

She is passionate about working with individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges. Andrea thrives in community-based settings and is known for her strong advocacy skills, community engagement, and resource coordination. She is highly organized, responsive, and skilled at assessing needs while developing practical, solution-focused plans. Andrea takes pride in empowering clients to overcome barriers, access critical resources, and achieve greater stability and independence.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys crocheting, spending time with her family, and relaxing on the beach whenever she can.
