Alvin Jennings, QBHS
Alvin Jennings is dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and their families overcome challenges and build brighter futures. With more than 17 years of experience working with youth, Alvin brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and practical support to every client he serves.
Alvin earned his education in Criminal Justice from ITT Technical Institute. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in mentoring, behavior management, crisis intervention, case management, conflict resolution, and connecting individuals and families with community resources. He understands that every client has unique strengths and needs, and he is committed to providing personalized support that empowers them to reach their goals.
Alvin enjoys working with children and adolescents because he believes early intervention and consistent encouragement can make a lasting impact. He is known for being an attentive listener who takes the time to understand each client's concerns and advocate for the services and resources they need. Helping clients accomplish their goals and seeing the positive changes they make in their lives is what he finds most rewarding about his work.
When he's not at Renewing Hope, Alvin enjoys riding motorcycles and appreciates the sense of freedom and adventure that comes with exploring the open road.
